SoapBubbler.com - Links!

It is indeed a jumble in here! Two reasons: Not having to alphabetize made creation of this page easier. I like the thought of you clicking on a link and being surprised by what bubble related content you find. It's a soapbubbler's grab bag.
Have fun! Keith.

Teacher Resources.

Goran Ramme ~ Uppsala University, Sweden. For many years Goran has been exploring the science of soap films and bubbles. Lucky for us he is also interested in helping teachers present the wonders of bubble science to their students. Goran has two books you definitely want to check out. Click on his name to be taken to his website where you will find more information about the man and his books: SOAP BUBBLES IN ART AND EDUCATION (ISBN 981-04-0648-7) & EXPERIMENTS WITH SOAP BUBBLES AND SOAP FILMS (ISBN 91-631-6999-1). I have his Experiments book and enjoy it very much.

Live Relative Humidity Map!
David Stein posted
this link a while back on the SBF group saying that he found it very useful. I've found the same to be true. I don't think you can focus down farther to your local area but there is weather.com for that. This is a map of US, showing relative humidity in general bands. It's interesting to follow the seasons changing and how humidity is being changed with it. Also it is a quick look, if you are due to travel out for a trip or show, to see what the humidity is like in that part of the country. Thanks David for posting this.
